  • STAGING GUIDE

    Your designer will create and email you an organized, detailed staging guide with suggestions for every room in your home. The guide is complete with instructions on de-cluttering, furniture re-arrangement, painting and shopping.

  • CHECK INS

    We communicate throughout the process to address any questions, on-going design advice, creative solutions and final touches. Satisfaction is guaranteed.

  • HOME IS COMPLETE

    Your home is now staged and ready to list!

Unfortunately, no. My Virtual Home Staging service is only for the owner-occupied home. This means that the homeowners are currently living inside the home they will be putting on the market.

You receive 5 hours of virtual home staging consulting for $500.

Not at all! Many clients have completed their entire house with just one 5-hour package!

As effective as staging a home is, the market can be unpredictable. We are not responsible for a successful sale of your home.

Yes! We work with clients one-on-one to virtually stage each and every room in your entire home until its market ready! My experience as a home stager in Southern California has allowed me to perfect the art of home staging.  I transform your home so it’s the most appealing to buyers!

I used to be a production designer in Hollywood. This means I was responsible for everything visual for every scene in a film. I worked on shorts & features and am so thrilled to apply what I learned in Hollywood. The biggest thing I learned by working on independent features is how to spread the dollar. I was given a fraction of what Hollywood Blockbusters shell out for design and by having this tiny little budget, I learned a lot of money isn’t needed to design a beautiful room, and this is how I approach your home!

 

I also graduated from The Academy of Home Staging & Design winning their top award for “Best Designer”  which catapulted me into staging homes all over Orange County, and LA, California.
